As seen on, the former Sibley’s building is getting closer to the facade renovation we have been getting excited for! Two our agents, Len Brown and Martin McDermott, are finalizing a deal with a tech company that will kickstart the $37 million renovation, which includes a center cutout on the Jefferson Street side of the building and updates to the 750 car garage attached to the building.

Along with Hayner Hoyt moving into the building post construction, the JF Real Estate team has completed a lease with Alion Science and Technology, a defense contractor that recently won an $87 million NAVY contract that will create up to 50 jobs.
