Payten is working part time for JF Real Estate as a leasing representative while she completes her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management, where she is triple majoring in Marketing, Management and Real Estate. Payten has work experience at One Source Millwork as a CNC Operator and at Harbor Freight as a Senior Associate and Logistics Supervisor. She is responsible for the management and leasing of JF Real Estate’s coworking space, ShareCuse. ShareCuse opened in 2020 with 6 offices in 4,300 square feet and after three expansions now totals 41 offices in 16,700 square feet. The coworking space is used by all types of companies and includes shared work spaces, lounge areas, wifi, coffee, and snacks.
