Payten worked as an intern at JF Real Estate beginning in May of 2023 while she completed her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. After graduating in May 2024, she joined the company full time as a Leasing Representative and is working towards achieving her Real Estate Salesperson License. At Syracuse University, she was a triple major in Marketing, Management and Real Estate. Payten has work experience at One Source Millwork as a CNC Operator and at Harbor Freight as a Senior Associate and Logistics Supervisor. She is responsible for the management and leasing of JF Real Estate’s coworking space, ShareCuse. ShareCuse opened in 2020 with 6 offices in 4,300 square feet and after three expansions now totals 41 offices in 16,700 square feet. The coworking space is used by all types of companies and includes shared work spaces, lounge areas, wifi, coffee, and more.
