Originally from Long Island, New York, Jake brings a dynamic and people-focused background to the commercial real estate industry. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies from Washington College, Jake spent 6 years as the First Assistant Coach for the men’s and women’s tennis teams at Colgate University, where he honed his leadership, strategy, and team-building skills at a high level.

In addition to his collegiate coaching career, Jake worked year-round for over a decade as a tennis and pickleball professional, training and mentoring clients of all ages and skill levels. These roles have sharpened his ability to connect with individuals, understand unique needs, and deliver personalized results. With a passion for relationship-building and a commitment to excellence, Jake is looking forward to bringing a disciplined, service-driven approach to every real estate opportunity.

While helping clients with sales and leasing, Jake will be serving an administrative role for Partnership Properties, the managing company for many of the buildings exclusively represented by JF Real Estate.
