Ed has been with JF Real Estate since 1995. He has specialized in industrial warehousing, flex space and office sales/leasing. Ed also exclusively represents the Oliva Companies, a local owner, developer, property manager, real estate brokerage and construction firm. The Oliva Companies portfolio consists of 45 plus industrial/flex and office buildings in the Greater Syracuse area totally over 1,000,000 square feet.
Previously, Ed started his commercial real estate career with Greenwood Commercial-Investment Realtors after he left the family business, Riverside Dairy, a milk processing and distribution company. Ed is a native New Yorker and currently resides in Fulton, New York with his son, Bryce. Ed graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S Degree in Business Administration, majoring in both Marketing and Operation & Production Management with a minor in Accounting.
