Denise Chase

Executive Assistant

Denise Chase graduated from Bryant & Stratton Business Institute in Syracuse, NY in 1984 with an Associate Degree in Accounting/Business Management. She was immediately hired by a large hose distributor, located in Liverpool, NY as an Accounts Payable Clerk in their accounting department. In 1986, Denise was promoted to Accounts Payable Supervisor. In 1990, Denise became Assistant Office Manager, helping to supervise 12 office personnel, along with assisting both the Office Manager and Vice President. In 1998, Denise became Administrative Assistant to the Real Estate Development Director, helping to lease and manage various real estate investments of the company, while handling all the accounting issues for these transactions.

In January 2001, Denise joined JF Real Estate as Administrative Assistant. In addition to performing all the various daily functions of the business office, Denise is responsible for tracking all of JF Real Estate's clients using an advanced data base system. This system allows the sales and leasing agents to track thousands of real estate users and their specific needs. In November of 2005 Denise was promoted to Executive Assistant.
